Detailed onboarding, in-house leadership development and regular workshops with internal and external top experts: We give our all to bring you forward.
The longer you’re with K, the more flexible you can be about where and when you work. And after six months of training, there are also more and more opportunities for remote work. In some cases, it is even possible to work completely remotely.
State-of-the-art technology for the workplace and height-adjustable desks in the office are part of our standard equipment. Enjoy the city view from your workplace and a sundowner on the rooftop terrace. Feel free to drop by!
We offer an hour of fitness with our personal trainer at noon, four times a week. Plus: Yoga once a week.
Regular get-togethers shouldn’t be missed at K-Recruiting. There are plenty of occasions: From the K-Oktoberfest to team events, along with our K-birthday and summer party in July.
Everyone is entitled to: 10 days of vacation plus 1 for every year with us. For longer travel plans you have the option of additional unpaid leave. A sabbatical is also possible when you have reached a certain length of service.
