Preselection & résumé check

In personal discussions, we find the best available candidates from our network – those who precisely match your requirements. You receive the résumés and we take care of the appointment coordination.

Conducting interviews

You get to know the candidates in a virtual, telephone or personal interview. Afterwards we will discuss the next steps with you.

Number 4
Decision & project contract

Your call: You select a candidate. We draw up a project contract and handle coordination with the Procurement and HR departments, if required, including compliance checks for a legally secure project assignment.

During the project

Even after the consultant begins working, we, as your personnel service partner, naturally stand by you with advice and support for any questions you may have.
