Workday Developer, Compensation (Hybrid Testing & Support) (M/F/D)
 
Tasks:
Backfill day-to-day responsibilities for the hiring manager during the project.
Execute assigned Workday Compensation testing activities according to project timelines and priorities.
Set up, maintain, and validate test data for compensation cycles (Merit, Bonus, and Stock).
Perform regression, functional, and UAT testing for configuration updates and releases.
 
Accurately document test results and provide detailed evidence for review and sign-off.
Identify and log defects; partner with developers or analysts to resolve issues.
Support BAU compensation tickets and troubleshoot configuration or data-related issues.
Collaborate with HR Technology, Compensation COE, and cross-functional teams to ensure testing coverage and readiness.
Communicate test progress, blockers, and outcomes clearly to the Testing Lead.
