Downstream Supply Chain Consultant (M/F/D)

Tasks:

• Analyze and enhance order administration processes across direct channels (hospitals and clinics) and indirect/export channels (dealers and international customers).

• Support process improvements related to:

  • Sustainability and product availability

  • Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP)

  • Backorder management

  • Invoice automation

  • Export procedures

     

• Participate in and contribute to dedicated workshops with business stakeholders.

• Collect and document functional requirements.

• Review and update existing business processes in collaboration with the L2C Scrum Master and relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Qualification:

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA L2C processes

• Proven experience in order management and export operations

• Expertise in aATP functionalities

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Capacity: 2-3 days per week

Location: Remote, occasionally onsite for workshops
