Downstream Supply Chain Consultant (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Analyze and enhance order administration processes across direct channels (hospitals and clinics) and indirect/export channels (dealers and international customers).
Support process improvements related to:
Sustainability and product availability
Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP)
Backorder management
Invoice automation
Export procedures
Participate in and contribute to dedicated workshops with business stakeholders.
Collect and document functional requirements.
Review and update existing business processes in collaboration with the L2C Scrum Master and relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Qualification:
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA L2C processes
Proven experience in order management and export operations
Expertise in aATP functionalities
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Requirements:
Start: July, latest August
Duration: 6 months
Capacity: 2-3 days per week
Location: Remote, occasionally onsite for workshops
