Deputy Manager EUC & Digital Workplace (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Provide operational leadership across the End User Computing (EUC) and Digital Workplace environment.
Act as deputy for the Head of EUC & Digital Workplace in daily operational management.
Lead tactical IT initiatives, operational improvement projects, and service optimization activities.
Coordinate service management processes and ensure high-quality service delivery across the workplace environment.
Track operational risks, dependencies, actions, and project progress while ensuring timely follow-up.
Support governance activities by preparing management reports, operational updates, and decision-making materials.
Coordinate and monitor the performance of external service providers and managed service partners.
Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, security, procurement, finance, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Drive issue resolution, remove operational blockers, and continuously improve workplace services and processes.
Qualification:
Several years of experience in operational IT leadership within End User Computing, Digital Workplace, or IT Infrastructure environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, and endpoint management.
Good understanding of Active Directory, Identity & Access Management (IAM), endpoint security, and digital workplace technologies.
Proven experience managing IT service delivery and coordinating Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in an enterprise environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across international and cross-functional teams.
Pragmatic, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a strong focus on execution and operational excellence.
Experience within global enterprise organizations is highly desirable.
Fluent English is mandatory; experience working in an international or Japanese business environment is considered an advantage.
