<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt;">Deputy Manager EUC &amp; Digital Workplace (M/F/D)Tasks:<ul data-spread="false" style="list-style-position: inside;"><li data-list-item-id="e11123afa1fcc2af3c2098b493f922ba2">Provide operational leadership across the End User Computing (EUC) and Digital Workplace environment.</li><li data-list-item-id="ee06f9b4dee1d37ddd270e81c8f3dfcbd">Act as deputy for the Head of EUC &amp; Digital Workplace in daily operational management.</li><li data-list-item-id="e2a661590fe449117c32a7a6edd088cdd">Lead tactical IT initiatives, operational improvement projects, and service optimization activities.</li><li data-list-item-id="ea00adaf899cdc63ce71d9d554335a4f5">Coordinate service management processes and ensure high-quality service delivery across the workplace environment.</li><li data-list-item-id="e5a812853f20b758a015cebf8157329d7">Track operational risks, dependencies, actions, and project progress while ensuring timely follow-up.</li><li data-list-item-id="e3aaf6c190ed81a2762538427aad5e910">Support governance activities by preparing management reports, operational updates, and decision-making materials.</li><li data-list-item-id="e30a6994c9d19c0c0bdf6d1e4cb32cf78">Coordinate and monitor the performance of external service providers and managed service partners.</li><li data-list-item-id="eba1d1780b5780077a931912a0d0a8bc3">Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, security, procurement, finance, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.</li><li data-list-item-id="e9f32e79fe6f2f6969622eb72f79d92ac">Drive issue resolution, remove operational blockers, and continuously improve workplace services and processes.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul data-spread="false" style="list-style-position: inside;"><li data-list-item-id="e2b870d45166f986a031de8eb88846584">Several years of experience in operational IT leadership within End User Computing, Digital Workplace, or IT Infrastructure environments.</li><li data-list-item-id="eb447f4b85381efc555ba87da166fba1c">Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, and endpoint management.</li><li data-list-item-id="e518a907aada718b25bff7fbac9ba5840">Good understanding of Active Directory, Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM), endpoint security, and digital workplace technologies.</li><li data-list-item-id="ea00e31d9ab0bb9eca582bb8f11a23233">Proven experience managing IT service delivery and coordinating Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in an enterprise environment.</li><li data-list-item-id="e4da48dd96e5b65a0be1f006cdbbb75ae">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across international and cross-functional teams.</li><li data-list-item-id="e4dedb6a7655899bf0199da777e4d7942">Pragmatic, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a strong focus on execution and operational excellence.</li><li data-list-item-id="e17ed726a43a17be8df92243e6da136c1">Experience within global enterprise organizations is highly desirable.</li><li data-list-item-id="e3143d3d4b76077ee6d0ac139730eef70">Fluent English is mandatory; experience working in an international or Japanese business environment is considered an advantage.</li></ul>Requirements:Start: August 2026Duration: 6 monthsCapacity: Full-time (5 days per week)Location: Primarily remote with occasional collaboration across international teams</div>
