Maintenance Engineer (M/W/D)

Aufgaben:

• Sicherstellung der Zuverlässigkeit, Verfügbarkeit und Compliance von Produktionsanlagen und Gebäudetechnik in einem GMP-regulierten Umfeld

• Strukturierung, Pflege und Optimierung von Wartungsstrategien (präventiv, prädiktiv, korrektiv, zustandsbasiert und risikobasiert)

• Pflege und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität von Maintenance-Masterdaten im CMMS/EAM-System (z. B. SAP PM)

• Aufbau und Pflege von Functional Locations und Equipment-Strukturen gemäß Anlagenhierarchie und technischen Standards

• Durchführung von Kritikalitätsanalysen zur Priorisierung von Wartungsmaßnahmen

• Mitarbeit bei und Moderation von FMECA-Analysen (Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis)

• Analyse von Anlagenstörungen sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit

• Bewertung und Implementierung moderner Wartungsmethoden (z. B. TPM, RCM)

• Definition und Optimierung von Wartungsplänen unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen, Herstellerangaben und Betriebsanforderungen

• Teilnahme an P&ID-Reviews sowie Prüfung von 3D-Modellen von Anlagen und Gebäuden hinsichtlich Wartbarkeit, Sicherheit und Effizienz

• Technischer Input aus Maintenance-Sicht während Design-, Qualifizierungs- und Inbetriebnahmephasen

• Sicherstellung der GMP-konformen Dokumentation und Durchführung von Wartungsaktivitäten

• Unterstützung bei Audits und Inspektionen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Engineering und Quality

• Kommunikation mit externen Lieferanten zur Beschaffung technischer Daten

   

Qualifikation:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Engineering-Bereich (z. B. Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial oder Process Engineering)

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Instandhaltung, Reliability Engineering oder technischem Engineering

• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Prozessanlagen

• Erfahrung mit CMMS/EAM-Systemen (z. B. SAP PM)

• Kenntnisse in RCM, FMECA und Kritikalitätsanalysen

• Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen oder GMP-regulierten Umfeld von Vorteil

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit P&IDs sowie technischen Zeichnungen / 3D-Modellen

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Projektsprache), Deutsch von Vorteil

• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Teamfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams

Maintenance Engineer (M/F/D)

Tasks:

• Ensure reliability, availability, and compliance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems within a GMP-regulated environment

• Structure, maintain, and continuously optimize maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective, condition-based, and risk-based maintenance)

• Manage and ensure data integrity of maintenance master data within the CMMS/EAM system (e.g., SAP PM)

• Create, structure, and maintain functional locations and equipment records in line with plant hierarchy and technical standards

• Perform equipment criticality analyses to prioritize maintenance activities and resources

• Participate in and facilitate FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis) for critical systems and equipment

• Analyze equipment failures and identify improvement measures to increase overall plant reliability and reduce downtime

• Evaluate and implement advanced maintenance methodologies such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance)

• Define and optimize maintenance plans and task lists in alignment with regulatory requirements, manufacturer recommendations, and operational needs

• Participate in P&ID reviews and assess 3D models of equipment and facilities with regard to maintainability, safety, and operational efficiency

• Provide maintenance engineering input during design, qualification, commissioning, and change management phases

• Ensure GMP-compliant maintenance documentation and processes

• Support audits and inspections by maintaining up-to-date maintenance documentation

• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams

• Communicate with external vendors and suppliers to obtain required technical data

Qualification:

• Completed degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Process Engineering, or related field)

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or technical engineering roles

• Strong knowledge of process equipment and manufacturing systems

• Hands-on experience with CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM)

• Solid understanding of RCM, FMECA, and equipment criticality analysis

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment is highly preferred

• Familiarity with P&IDs, engineering drawings, and 3D models

• Fluent English (project language), German is a plus

• Strong analytical and structured way of working

• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
