Process Specialist (M/W/D)
Seeking a motivated MSAT Bio DS Process Specialist to support biologics downstream manufacturing processes. The role focuses on process transfer, validation, and optimization to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance within a cGMP environment.
Tasks:
- Support technology transfers from development to manufacturing sites and CMOs.
- Contribute to process validation plans, risk assessments, and documentation.
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for production activities.
- Drive process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Maintain regulatory and technical documentation in line with cGMP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, MSAT Lab, Development).
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Engineering degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or related life sciences.
- Proven experience in biotech or pharma manufacturing (tech transfer experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of bioprocessing and downstream operations.
- Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
- Organized, proactive, and analytical with strong communication skills.
