Process Specialist (M/W/D)
Seeking a motivated MSAT Bio DS Process Specialist to support biologics downstream manufacturing processes. The role focuses on process transfer, validation, and optimization to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance within a cGMP environment.
Tasks:
Support technology transfers from development to manufacturing sites and CMOs.
Contribute to process validation plans, risk assessments, and documentation.
Provide operational support and troubleshooting for production activities.
Drive process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
Maintain regulatory and technical documentation in line with cGMP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, MSAT Lab, Development).
Qualifications:
Master’s or Engineering degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or related life sciences.
Proven experience in biotech or pharma manufacturing (tech transfer experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of bioprocessing and downstream operations.
Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
Organized, proactive, and analytical with strong communication skills.
