Business Analyst - CRM Dynamics 365 (M/W/D)
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: o Lead workshops with business stakeholders to capture and document their needs. o Develop detailed requirement documents and functional specifications.
2. Project Design and Monitoring: o Map, design and define business processes aligned with Dynamics 365 functionalities. o Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements. o Prioritize features and functionalities based on business needs and constraints.
3. Testing and Validation: o Prepare and execute test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT). o Document and resolve any issues in collaboration with technical teams.
4. Change Management: o Train end-users on CRM processes and features. o Develop comprehensive training materials and user guides. o Facilitate adoption of the new CRM solution among business teams.
5. Project Monitoring and Reporting: o Monitor project progress and escalate risks or challenges when necessary. o Provide regular updates and reporting to project stakeholders.
Significant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions.
Strong knowledge of CRM processes and Dynamics 365 CRM tools
Experience in external data integration is required.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Fluent in English and German (French would be a plus).
Pharma industry experience is a plus.
