BioPharma Tender Segmentation Business Analyst (M/F/D)
Tasks:
- Consolidate and analyze tender data to identify key performance drivers, price/margin behaviors, and tender win–loss dynamics.
- Develop relevant segmentation models based on account characteristics, purchasing criteria, tender types, product profiles, volumes, and strategic sensitivity.
- Uncover actionable insights that inform pricing strategy, risk evaluation, governance thresholds, and future tender participation decisions.
- Build a scalable segmentation framework that can guide strategy beyond the pilot market unit.
- Consult commercial leadership with clear data driven recommendations for improving tender performance and margin protection
Qualification:
- Minimum 7-8 years of pricing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of Pricing strategy, Gross-to-Net (GtN) management, Discount & rebate structures, Pricing analytics and governance models
- Previous experience creating pricing frameworks, playbooks, and governance structures in pharma is mandatory.
- High numerical literacy; ability to interpret financial metrics, pricing trends, margin implications, and scenario modeling.
- Proven ability to produce structured, high-quality documentation
- Experience driving cross functional pricing initiatives involving commercial, finance, tendering, and market units.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Familiarity with pricing systems and Excel-based price modeling.
- Experience in large-scale transformation or pricing optimization programs.
- Knowledge of pricing governance, including approval committees, escalation matrices, and compliance structures.
- Ability to translate complex pricing concepts into simple, usable frameworks for global stakeholders
- Fluency in the English language is required, any additional languages are an advantage
