IT Expert (M/F/D)
Tasks:
- Seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to support the Commercial stream (SAP SD) of the Lean Digital Core (LDC) program
- This role is supporting the new SAP module and associated processes are validated from a business perspective and meet operational readiness for go-live in January 2026
- Support the coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Customer Service (Commercial) function
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to define and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria
- Validate SAP system functionality against business requirements, including integration points with SCM and Finance
- Identify, document, and escalate defects or gaps in functionality, and support resolution tracking
- Support / represent Customer Service in daily UAT stand-ups and defect triage meetings.
Qualification:
- Strong knowledge and background on SAP and IT // Could be someone who worked several years for and on SAP
- Experienced admin professional; hands-on mindset
- English fluent /native - German nice to have
