Interim Head of Networking (M/W/D)
Tasks:
Development & implementation of global network
Translation of business requirements into network projects
Management of international planning of network infrastructure
Design & implementation of LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN & NAC
Introductions of Cisco ACI & Secure Access solutions
Development & implementation of robust network security concepts (including Fortinet, Cisco Firewalls, NGFW, IDS/IPS)
Ensuring compliance & documentation of all network issues
Monitoring & optimization of the network infrastructure
Management of external service providers & close coordination with internal stakeholders
Qualification:
Degree in IT, network technology or similar (Master`s degree is an advantage)
Min 8+ years network experience
Experience as a consultant with management responsibility
Experience in global network strategy & implementation
Know-how in NAC, Cisco ACI & Secure Access
In-depth knowledge of Fortinet and Cisco firewallse
Strong in project management
Experience with cloud networks & monitoring tools (e.g. PRTG, SolarWinds)
Very good knowledge of network security (IDS/IPS, VPN)
Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, internationally experienced
Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, NSE desirable
Fluent in English
