Development Analyst (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Design and execute scientific experiments related to method development, validation, and transfer.
Independently perform daily laboratory activities following GMP and HSE requirements.
Conduct and contribute to release and stability testing for biopharmaceutical products.
Analyze experimental data and ensure accuracy and reliability through verification processes.
Prepare, review, and approve scientific documentation such as procedures, protocols, and reports.
Present and discuss experimental results in cross-functional project team meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on method transfers and regulatory submissions.
Qualification:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field.
Pharma experience (must have)
Proven industry experience in biotechnology preferred.
Strong laboratory skills and hands-on experience with analytical techniques including: MUST HAVE
Liquid Chromatography (SEC, RP, Affinity, IEX, HILIC, HIC)
Capillary Electrophoresis (CGE, CzE, iCE, MauriCE)
Solid understanding of protein chemistry and polymer separation in protein matrices.
Experience with analytical method development and validation.
Knowledge of GLP/GMP regulatory requirements is a plus.
Excellent documentation and scientific writing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a matrixed, customer-oriented environment.
Fluent in French
English proficiency: the ability to read and understand documents and participate in meetings conducted in English is increasingly important.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of autonomy.
