Supply Chain Analyst (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Develop SC KPI Dashboard and standardized reporting of SC KPI´s within SM&O OpU and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Drive automatization of standardized KPI reporting to support digitalization of Performance Management within the OpU
Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Collaborate with cross-functional and OpU SC teams support OpU supply chain performance governance
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in supply chain activities
Generate automatized performance reports and dashboards for SM&O Management
Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations.
Ensure effective communication of performance data and improvement plans across departments.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for supply chain staff.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement among the team.
Qualification:
Proficiency in supply chain management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience in supply chain management ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
