Project Manager – Data Protection & AI Governance (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Manage and coordinate an international compliance and governance rollout project.
Develop rollout strategies, governance frameworks, and implementation concepts.
Plan, monitor, and report project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Conduct gap analyses and consolidate feedback from international stakeholders.
Support the implementation and harmonization of global compliance processes.
Define and establish AI governance structures, including AI inventory, risk assessment methodology, and governance processes.
Develop documentation standards, reporting structures, and audit readiness concepts.
Facilitate stakeholder communication, training activities, and change management.
Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and implementation deliverables.
Qualification:
Several years of experience in international project and program management.
Strong background in GDPR, data protection, compliance, or governance projects.
Experience with global rollout and transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with AI Governance frameworks is considered an advantage.
Experience in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, MedTech, Pharma, or similar is preferred.
Confident communication skills in English.
Experience with governance and collaboration tools such as OneTrust, Jira, Confluence, or comparable solutions is beneficial.
