AI Transformation Consultant (M/F/D)
Tasks:
We are looking for a Service Provider (consultant/freelancer) to deliver a defined project for the clients International business unit with the following outcomes
Develop a 3 year AI roadmap for International, including integration of current existing AI projects and related activities, identifying core dependencies, critical path elements, constraints, and enablers; define approaches to launch and roll out priority AI initiatives and prepare executive-ready storyline and presentations
Define the capabilities required in alignment with the roadmap and outline a structured change and engagement approach to be deployed over the next 18 months
Assess and map key capability shifts required to enable successful AI implementation and business impact (e.g., evolution of software engineering capabilities, introduction of product-oriented roles, reskilling/upskilling needs), focusing on changes directly linked to achieving the roadmap outcomes.
Analyze how AI in International should interact, align, and leverage other AI roles within the enterprise, including IT
Qualification:
The project will involve engagement with multiple stakeholders at executive level within International and be-yond
Fluent English is mandatory
Previous consulting experience is a plus
The Service provider should be based in Switzerland

Capacity: 5 days per week (Onsite presence of approximately 1 to 3 days per week may be required depend-ing on project needs; the remaining work can be performed remotely)
