Logistics Operator
Tasks:
Manage laboratory supplies, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining inventory levels
Oversee warehouse operations, including requisitioning, restocking of lab consumables and chemicals, and implementation of 6S and Kanban processes
Coordinate the logistics of pharmaceutical samples and technical materials in compliance with internal procedures (e.g., goods receipt and shipment handling)
Provide administrative and operational support to laboratory and office functions
Maintain close collaboration with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
Support and lead projects related to logistics and warehouse optimization
Qualification:
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Basic knowledge of spoken German
Good interpersonal skills
At least 3 years of experience in Logistics
Degree or Apprenticeship in Logistics
