Lead Expeditor
Tasks:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date material and package reporting within the Web PMP (Project Procurement Plan) for assigned packages
Monitoring and ensuring On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance meets the department’s KPI targets
Collecting Supplier Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) on schedule and distributing them promptly to stakeholders
Notifying suppliers in a timely manner of any delays in MPR submissions
Coordinating with third parties to support expediting interventions when required
Preparing and sharing weekly expediting intervention plans with stakeholders
Supporting Order Management with the processing of expediting-related invoices
Producing and maintaining departmental MIS reports
Qualification:
Fluent in English
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
Previous CAPEX project experience is an advantage
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to work both in an office environment and on a construction site
