Global Vendor Master Data Architect (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Technical consulting in conceptual works involving vendor master data, including system changes or system enhancements, from a data architecture point of view within an ERP environment
Advise on compliance with applicable regulations for vendor master data
Evaluate the impact of requested application changes on vendor master data and propose adjustments
Consultancy in the resolution of data quality issues in alignment with the business data steward, including data cleansing, and correction as required based on business approval
Technical guidance in harmonization of vendor-related settings in S/4 HANA (e.g. number ranges, grouping, roles, etc.).
Technical alignment with the SAP security team to ensure appropriate vendor roles & authorizations are configured, in line with applicable data privacy regulations.
Provide consultancy in incident resolution for issues impacting vendor master data and in the change management process as needed for vendor master data.
Provide guidance on conceptual mass processing of master data according to business demand
Create and maintain master data management functional and technical design specifications for BP master data, Manage the technical documentation for data models and related data processes
Technical consulting in conversion of business requirements into technical specifications. Ensure consistency, completeness, and transparency of IT change requests and solution concepts
Explain technical requirements to internal and external IT support organization units (GERP, AMS provider, other)
Qualification:
ERP MM module expertise and Coupa, as well as Service Now, MDG
Experience in vendor master data architecture
Experience in the integration of vendor master data between ERP and other downstream applications
Experience with HCP/HCOs as vendors in an ERP environment
deep knowledge of compliance regulations for vendor master data in Europe, US, and preferably also Japan
English mandatory, German or Japanese a high advantage
