Qualification:
Advanced business education with 3–5 years’ experience in a multinational matrix role
Fluent in English and German; medical background desirable
Strong strategic, analytical, and scientific-to-commercial skills
Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and presentation abilities
Innovative, customer-focused, resilient, and self-driven
Tech-savvy (MS Office, new tools) with a valid driving license (B)
