Quality Manager (M/W/D)
Tasks:
Analysis & optimization of QM processes, adapted to location and customer requirements
Reduction of production disruptions & scrap (shop floor-oriented)
Establishment of clear, sustainable processes + handover & coaching of local QM
Strengthening of the quality culture within the team
Close communication with German QM and management
Qualifications:
Technical degree: mechanical engineering, production engineering, mechatronics, or comparable
Strong mechanical understanding: structure, function, and tolerances of mechanical components
Experience in companies that manufacture mechanical components (e.g., mechanical engineering, automotive, technical manufacturing)
Sound QM practice: process optimization, root cause, shop floor methods
Fluent Turkish & English (German skills are a plus)
Hands-on mindset, communicative, confident in dealing with production teams
