Project Manager ITSM (M/W/D)
Task Description:
Plan, manage, and oversee the GLPI rollouts across multiple countries
Coordinate international teams and align with local IT departments and business stakeholders
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Identify and mitigate project risks; manage escalations where necessary
Lead stakeholder and change management activities, including communication, training, and user adoption support
Provide regular reporting to the global program management and steering committee
Document project progress
Qualification:
Several years of experience as an IT Project Manager in international rollout projects
Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM)
Hands-on experience with GLPI or comparable ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management)
Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management)
Proven experience in change management and stakeholder management in a global context
Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
