CMMS SME (M/F/D)
The principal purpose of this function is to be the SME on the CMMS systems used on Neuchatel Site.
Create, manage and insure integrity of the data stored in the CMMS system. In addition, CMMS SME – RAM / JDE are responsible of the employee formation on their systems.
Tasks:
60% Management of CMMS datas :
Equipment / Measure instrument / TAGs creation
Spare-parts creation and codification
Creation / Modification / delation of Equipment Part-list
Creation / Modification / delation of preventive and predictive maintenance Work-order
Creation / Modification / delation of preventive calibration Work-order
Hierarchy management of equipment in the systems
Parameters modification
10% Management of the documentation and formation support linked to the CMMS systems
10% Dispense formation to all employees who need to have access to the CMMS System
15% Participation on CAPEX project as needed
5% Management of all project linked to the CMMS system
Qualification:
Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is required
Proven expertise in using CMMS platforms such as JD Edwards, BMRAM, or SAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong understanding of maintenance management processes and data structures
Fluency in French is required
English proficiency is a strong advantage
No travel required
Home office permitted on a part-time basis
