<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); --ck-color-selector-caption-background: hsl(0, 0%, 97%); --ck-color-selector-caption-text: hsl(0, 0%, 20%); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 11pt;">Medical Communication Manager (M/F/D)&nbsp;Tasks:&nbsp;The Medical Communication Manager will effectively communicate scientific data through various channels, build digital customer journeys, develop a strong scientific communication plan aligned with the medical plan and strategic business objectives, and drive innovative programs within the Therapeutic Area.&nbsp;<ul style="margin-inline-end: 0px; margin-inline-start: 0px; padding-inline-start: 40px;"><li>&nbsp;Leading and executing Medical Education and communication programs in collaboration with Field/Medical Advisors, ensuring strong alignment with medical strategy and effective delivery of educational/scientific content to HCPs.</li><li>Building Next Generation Customer Excellence (NGCE) programs, focusing on OCE communication and developing comprehensive customer journeys including in-person and digital channels.</li><li>Implement innovative programs and initiatives within the Therapeutic Area to enhance scientific communication and education.</li><li>Oversee and execute processes to support educational and scientific initiatives.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including KOLs, researchers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure effective communication and education programs.</li><li>Author and oversee the development of scientific publications, ensuring high-quality and impactful dissemination of research and clinical data in close collaboration with the Medical Advisor</li><li>&nbsp;Leading developement of a robust scientific communication plan that aligns with the medical strategy plan and strategic business objectives, ensuring cohesive and strategic dissemination of information by fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualification:<ul style="margin-inline-end: 0px; margin-inline-start: 0px; padding-inline-start: 40px;"><li>Completed studies in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a scientific field (preferably with a PhD)</li><li>Conversational level of German or French; very good conversational English</li><li>Professional experience within pharma or comparable, preferable Medical Affairs</li><li>A good understanding of scientific data, and their interpretation</li><li>Experience in managing the execution of educational or communication initiatives of advantage.</li><li>Scientific Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the scientific data and developments within the Therapeutic Area.</li><li>Digital Savvy: Proficiency in digital communication and the creation of effective digital customer journeys.</li><li>Strategic Alignment: Ability to align the scientific communication plan with medical and business strategic objectiv</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;Start: 17.03.2025Duration: 10 monthsCapacity: 5 days per weekLocation: Zurich Metropolitan Area&nbsp;</div>
