Medical Affairs Manager Hämatologie (M/W/D)
Aufgaben:
Eigenverantwortliche Begleitung eines innovativen Entwicklungsprodukts im Bereich Hämatologie und zelluläre Therapien
Selbstständige Erstellung, Strukturierung und Weiterentwicklung medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Dokumentationen und Informationsmaterialien
Durchführung und Bewertung von Competitive-Intelligence- sowie Market-Access-Analysen
Eigenständige Aufbereitung, Analyse und Einordnung wissenschaftlicher Daten und Publikationen
Entwicklung und Mitgestaltung medizinischer Informations- und Kommunikationsstrategien
Fachliche Unterstützung bei wissenschaftlichen Qualifizierungs- und Launch-Vorbereitungsaktivitäten
Inhaltliche Mitwirkung in den Bereichen Stammzelltransplantation und zelluläre Therapien
Eigenständige Durchführung von Medical-Writing- und datenanalytischen Tätigkeiten
Proaktive Abstimmung mit internationalen Stakeholdern in englischer Sprache
Qualifikation:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Life Sciences, Medizin, Pharmazie oder vergleichbarer naturwissenschaftlicher Hintergrund
Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Medical Affairs / Medical Writing innerhalb der Pharma- oder Biotechindustrie
Erfahrung in der wissenschaftlichen Datenanalyse und Interpretation komplexer medizinischer Inhalte
Kenntnisse im Bereich Hämatologie zwingend erforderlich, im Bereich der Stammzelltransplantation oder zelluläre Therapien wünschenswert
Erfahrung im Umgang mit wissenschaftlicher Literatur sowie Competitive Intelligence
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend erforderlich
Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
Selbstständige, strukturierte und projektorientierte Arbeitsweise
Rahmendaten:
Start: Mitte Juni / Juli 2026
Dauer: ca. 6 Monate
Auslastung: Teilzeit
Einsatzort: überwiegend remote, vereinzelt vor Ort zum Onboarding und für spezielle Meetings
Medical Affairs Manager Hematology (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Independently manage and support activities related to an innovative development product within hematology and cellular therapies
Create, structure and further develop medical-scientific documentation and information materials in an autonomous manner
Conduct and evaluate competitive intelligence and market access analyses
Independently analyze, interpret and summarize scientific data and publications
Contribute to the development of medical information and communication strategies
Provide scientific expertise for qualification and launch preparation activities
Collaborate on projects related to stem cell transplantation and cellular therapies
Independently perform medical writing and data analysis activities
Coordinate with international stakeholders in an English-speaking environment
Qualification:
Degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy or comparable scientific background
Solid experience within Medical Affairs and/or Medical Writing in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Experience in scientific data analysis and interpretation of complex medical information
Knowledge in hematology is a must; stem cell transplantation or cellular therapies is considered an advantage
Experience with scientific literature and competitive intelligence activities
Fluent English skills are mandatory
German skills are considered a plus
