Supplier Governance & Network Strategy Consultant (m/w/d)
Aufgaben:
Entwicklung und Implementierung eines internen ESO Supplier Pre-Check SOP zur Sicherstellung konsistenter und regelkonformer Lieferantenbewertungen
Konzeption und Durchführung von CHC Supplier Onboarding Workshops inkl. Erstellung von Trainingsmaterialien und Präsentationen für ESO-Teams, funktionsübergreifende Stakeholder und lokale Einheiten
Unterstützung und Teilnahme an CHC SteerCo Emerging Markets zur frühzeitigen Einbindung in Lieferantenentscheidungen und Verbesserung der Qualität von Supplier Checks
Durchführung von Knowledge-Sharing-Sessions zur Förderung von Best Practices, Transparenz und globaler Abstimmung innerhalb der CHC Organisation
Beitrag zur Erreichung der Abteilungsziele durch Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen im Bereich Supplier, Netzwerk und Einsparungen
Analyse und Bewertung von Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) sowie Ableitung strukturierter Handlungsempfehlungen
Erstellung und Unterstützung von Business Cases zur Generierung von Einsparungen (≥ 1,5 Mio. €)
Umsetzung von Harmonisierungsvorhaben zur Lieferantenkonsolidierung, Standardisierung und Effizienzsteigerung (≥ 0,5 Mio. € Einsparungen)
Evaluierung und Qualifizierung neuer Lieferanten unter Berücksichtigung kommerzieller, operativer und strategischer Kriterien
Qualifikation:
Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle (z. B. Supplier Management, Procurement, Supply Chain oder External Manufacturing)
Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder höher)
Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
Proaktive, hands-on Mentalität und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)

Tasks:
Develop and implement an internal ESO Supplier Pre-Check SOP to ensure consistent and compliant supplier assessments
Design and deliver CHC Supplier Onboarding workshops, including preparation of training materials and presentations for ESO teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and local affiliates
Support and participate in CHC SteerCo Emerging Markets to ensure early involvement in supplier decisions and improve supplier evaluation quality
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions across the CHC organization to promote best practices, transparency, and alignment
Contribute to departmental targets through delivery of strategic supplier, network, and cost-saving initiatives
Conduct portfolio evaluations of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and provide structured recommendations
Lead or support the development of business cases to generate savings (≥ EUR 1.5 million)
Drive harmonization initiatives focusing on supplier consolidation, standardization, and efficiency improvements (≥ EUR 0.5 million savings)
Evaluate and qualify new suppliers based on commercial, operational, and strategic criteria
Qualification:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., supplier management, procurement, supply chain, or external manufacturing)
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Strong analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style
Proactive, hands-on mindset and strong team spirit
Fluent in English and advanced German skills (C1 level)
