Maintenance Technician (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Lead daily operational activities, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and optimize opportunities for improving Facilities & Utilities processes.
Execute the preventive maintenance plan.
Conduct technical investigations requiring critical thinking and analytical skills.
Ensure that Facilities & Utilities processes are safe, efficient, and cost-effective, while maintaining high quality standards.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety measures, including alignment and consistency with existing organizational procedures (site, division, and corporate) and industry standards (cGMP, GEP, SUVA/ASIT, etc.).
Ensure appropriate safety measures are implemented to prevent injury risks in routine activities/projects (risk analysis, lockout/tagout (LOTO), etc.).
Draft, review, and ensure continuous updating of facility documentation.
Qualification:
CFC (or equivalent) in maintenance, electrotechnics, or mechanical industry.
Expertise in electrical engineering and fluid systems engineering.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a GMP environment.
IT skills: MS Office, CMMS, SAP (a plus).
Experience in troubleshooting, process analysis, and problem-solving.
Technical knowledge of Facilities & Utilities equipment in pharma/food-processing/process industries (a plus).
Team spirit and customer-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Sense of initiative and prioritization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in French.
