T&A Lead (M/F/D)
Tasks:
- P&O team seek a managed service providing a T&A Lead for Switzerland to stabilize Time & Attendance operations following the introduction of Workforce Software
- The service includes leadership of Swiss T&A SMEs, incident and defect management, compliance oversight, and coordination across Payroll, H2R, IT, and Workday Product teams
- Develop and maintain a consolidated monthly view of operational performance across Swiss Time & Attendance processes, including KPIs and service-level adherence.
- Track case trends, incident volumes, escalations, and ensure timely leadership visibility on critical topics
- Conduct structured variance analysis against defined accuracy, timeliness, and compliance baselines
- Ensure compliance with Swiss legal requirements (Arbeitsgesetz, breaks, overtime, mandatory recording) and validate SME process adherence
- Monitor and govern updates, releases, and integrations across Workforce Software (WFS), Workday HCM, and Payroll systems
- Maintain a structured defect log, perform root-cause analyses for high-priority issues, and ensure timely resolution and closure tracking
- Document and implement approved improvements and system changes with structured impact assessments
- Provide evidence of legal compliance, monitor control outputs and audit results, and manage corrective actions for identified risks or deviations
- Update SOPs, process documentation, training materials, and confirm execution through established governance routines (Payroll, H2R, P&O Ops, IT)
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, monitor stabilization progress, manage release impacts, and ensure monthly, review-ready deliverables with full data traceability for HCM Program Leadership sign-off
Qualification:
Strong knowledge of Swiss Time & Attendance regulations (Arbeitsgesetz)
Experience managing end‑to‑end T&A operations in multinational settings
Understanding of Time → HCM → Payroll data flows
Workforce Software (WFS) operational knowledge
Familiarity with Workday HCM integrations for Time & Attendance
Experience working with Payroll provider systems for time data validation
Ability to analyse configuration logic, data dependencies, and system behaviours
Experience leading small operational teams (3–10 FTEs)
Background in incident, defect, and escalation management
Experience supporting system go‑lives and stabilization phases
Prior work in P&O Operations, T&A, or Payroll
English – Required
German – Strongly preferred
Time Zone: Alignment with CET
Collaboration with Swiss SMEs and global stakeholder groups required
