CRM Business Analyst – Veeva Vault (m/w/d)
Tasks:
Support end users and provide clear, actionable guidance on Veeva Vault CRM and related tools
Collect, document, and prioritize system enhancements and improvement ideas
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate validation activities across countries
Communicate production changes effectively to the business and ensure adoption
Ensure all activities comply with pharma regulatory standards
Qualification:
Extensive experience in a commercial pharma environment – critical for success
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Veeva Vault technologies (CRM and Vault modules)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (mandatory), German, French, or Italian is a plus
Comfortable working 100% remotely, with occasional onsite presence in Switzerland
