Contracts and Pricing Analyst (M/F/D)

Tasks:

• Assess current CLM processes, tools, and governance across all relevant business units and functions.
• Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in the contracting lifecycle.
• Define detailed business and functional requirements for a future CLM solution, including workflow, metadata, templates, clause library, and contract analytics needs.
• Map current-state data flows and integrations, highlighting risks and improvement areas.
• Develop recommendations for future-state process design, standardization, and policy enhancements.
• Prepare a readiness framework for potential CLM solution implementation, including high-level roadmap and resourcing considerations.
• Integrate pricing policy, GtN standard process into CLM process map

• Master’s Degree
• 15+ years of professional experience across industries with 7+ years of professional experience in Pharma/MedTech/Life Science industry; or 10+ years of professional experience in Pharma/MedTech/Life Science industry
• Technical implementation experience in SAP-Hana, Salesforce in commercial projects
• Strong domain know how of pricing, contracting and tender management process from a business perspective esp from other major Pharma and Life Sc companies
• Clear understanding of commercial data and KPIs
• Client engagement and consulting experience in US and Europe
• Profound documentation and presentation skills
• Independent, process- and result-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication and Microsoft skills
• luency in the English language is required, any additional languages are an advantage
• AI skillsets desired
