MES Specialist
We are seeking an MES Specialist to support and enhance our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) through expertise in recipe design and process integration.
Responsibilities:
Provide operational support for the site’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Design, model, and test MES master recipes and corresponding master data.
Define requirements, specify and test new MES functionalities, and carry out user acceptance testing.
Deliver 1st-level support for MES users and participate in on-call service (24/7).
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Production, QA, IT, Engineering, and external vendors.
Contribute to the implementation and validation of digital manufacturing and automation solutions in compliance with GxP standards.
Support connected systems such as ERP (SAP), Warehouse Management (EWM), and Quality Systems.
Your profile:
Degree in computer science, engineering, or logistics (or equivalent practical experience).
Several years of hands-on experience with MES recipe design.
Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, automation, or IT environments with knowledge of GxP and CSV.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively across functions.
High service orientation and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
