Implementation of the cash register security ordinance (KassenSichV): technical adaptation of the cash register systems in the DACH region and seamless integration into SAP

Development and implementation of transfer pricing agreements and calculation of management fees to ensure tax compliance and efficient cost structure

Ensuring correct payroll accounting and smooth integration and interface coordination with SAP during a provider change

Implementation of an ERP financial software (Aqilla)

Establishment of financial accounting according to HGB and IFRS

Professional responsibility for finance and accounting, restructuring of the finance department

Process optimization and standardization of structures, development and expansion of a finance team
