Quality Control Analyst (M/F/D)

Tasks:

• Prepare solutions for various analytical QC analyses

• Potentially perform biochemical and HPLC analyses and supervision in accordance with current laboratory procedures, adhering to GMP/GLP rules and/or project guidelines related to Quality Control activities

• Follow all current procedures

• Comply with and apply EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) rules

• Accurately fill out various forms, logbooks, and documents in accordance with Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices (GMP/GDP) and ALCOA+ principles

• Immediately notify the Supervisor (verbally and/or in writing) on the same day in case of out-of-specification or invalid results, and initiate the event in the quality system within the required timeframe

• Handle laboratory investigations

• Follow scheduling requests and proactively report any issues

• Execute qualification protocols for reagents/consumables and validations (methods, systems, equipment)

• Ensure calibration and maintenance of equipment are up to date before analysis

• Adhere to real-time Kanban management

• Report any procedural deviations to the method/equipment lead and the Supervisor/Delegate/Expert

• Be able to identify and resolve minor problems related to your area of expertise (troubleshooting)

• Prepare or approve laboratory solutions

• Manage and organize the laboratory in general, and comply with 5S standardization rules

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification:

• Minimum education level: CFC in laboratory/biology or another relevant scientific field

• Experience in HPLC/ELISA is a plus

• Fluent in French and capable of reading technical English

• Swiss or EU nationality, or a valid Swiss work permit
