lnhouse Consultant Global Transformation  (M/F/D)

Tasks:

• You accompany transformation and change initiatives at the Pfaffenhofen site, helping leaders and teams navigate changes efficiently and ensuring smooth transitions in organizational development.

• With your expert knowledge in implementing changes you provide knowledge on for example:

• Identify individual or organizational challenges (support need).

• Advice on selection of the optimal support format (coaching, training, team development, change consulting, etc.) and if necessary, consulting partner

• Facilitate peer learning by connecting teams facing similar challenges

• Conduct lessons learned regarding change processes

• Provide active support, particularly during the success-critical order clarification &proposal phase

• You design the quality assurance of the changes by Understanding the challenge & success criteria, related to monitoring the consultant fit, Reviewing offerings for consistency or appropriateness of investment

• Conducting evaluation of consultancy processes withappropriate evaluation measures.

• Where appropriate you take on minor change measures by yourself or consult the leader in implementing them.

Qualification:

• University degree in business education, (business) psychology, organizational development, business studies advantageous

• 5 years of professional experience in change management, organizational development, ideally gained in global organizations

• You bring experience in the conception and implementation of change and communication tools, trainings and workshops and have a sound methodological know-how

• Technical and methodological expertise in the areas of project management, process management and data analytics and interpretation round off your profile

• Additional qualification in the field of systemic consulting/organizational development/coaching desirable

• You convince with high consulting competence, service orientation and communication skills.

• Strong intercultural collaboration competencies Fluent in German and B2-level in preferred English

Capacity: 4 days per week // 2-3 weeks on-site, then remote possible
