CMMS Expert (M/F/D)

Tasks:

• The principal purpose of this function is to be the SME on the CMMS systems used on Neuchatel Site.
  Create, manage and insure integrity of the data stored in the CMMS system.

• In addition, CMMS SME – RAM / JDE are responsible of the employee formation on their systems.

• 60% Management of CMMS datas :

• Equipment / Measure instrument / TAGs creation

• Spare-parts creation and codification

• Creation / Modification / delation of Equipment Part-list

• Creation / Modification / delation of preventive and predictive maintenance Work-order

• Creation / Modification / delation of preventive calibration Work-order

• Hierarchy management of equipment in the systems

• Parameters modification

• 10% Management of the documentation and formation support linked to the CMMS systems

• 10% Dispense formation to all employees who need to have access to the CMMS System

• 15% Participation on CAPEX project as needed

• 5% Management of all project linked to the CMMS system

Qualification:

• Knowledge of a GMP environment

• Knowledge of a CMMS system like JD Edwards, BMRAM or SAP

• English nice to have

• French must have (business fluent)
