Senior Tech Transfer Project Manager (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Act as a PM for Tech Transfer and as a Single Point of Contact for Global Process Owner and Local (Sending Unit) teams towards the Brazilian Local PM team
Ensure flawless execution, communication and escalation between the Local Project team and Global/Sending Unit teams
Support development of global project timelines following endorsed strategy
Provide clear visibility on short/mid long term deliverables to the sending unit
Develop sending unit activities plan, and establish KPIs for sending unit deliverables
Identify resource needs for sending unit activities, align resource allocation with sending unit Sponsor, coordinate sending unit project team
Monitor progress, proactively identify risks and propose mitigation. Escalate issue to sending unit Sponsor.
Establish and maintain a project risk register.
Develop and monitor mitigation strategies
Track and document changes to established strategy
Seek for endorsement of strategy changes
Schedule and organize training activities at receiving unit. Support the team for training readiness Organize regular project review and technical meetings with sending unit and global team
Support reporting of project status to leadership teams
Qualification:
- Min. MSc in Biotechnology or comparable education
- Well established DS (Cell Culture and Purification) and DP (Filling, Lyo) expertise
- Has/shows seniority/maturity on technical level and when interacting with teams and SMEs
- Can work autonomous
- Consultancy/contractor experience
- Knows how to work in a team/matrix environment (work consensual and data driven, avoids directive communication)
- Can navigate in complex environments (Internal Global/Local model & (business) partnerships)
- Open to Travel to Brazil
- Fluently English skills
- Fluently French or Portuguese skills would be beneficial
