Senior Program Manager (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Deliver program management expertise for strategic initiatives within a defined strategic project in DX-DSS, with focus on Data Governance and RWE / Data E2E processes
Coordinate project-related interactions with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate transparency on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate project-related interactions with internal and external stakeholders and maintain transparency on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate project activities across defined workstreams and provide visibility on timelines, dependencies, risks, and budget impacts.
Analyze program metrics and prepare data-driven reporting and recommendations for stakeholders within defined project
Identify opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement within the project scope.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or higher education with 10+ years in program/project management in international environments
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, including external partners
Strong communication and influencing skills, with ability to engage different levels of seniority, including leadership
Ability to act as a coach, foster team accountability, and support performance
Confidence to navigate ambiguity and take difficult decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Solid understanding of project/program governance, financial tracking, and continuous improvement methodologies – Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is a plus
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry required
Lean Six Sigma certification or strong experience in process improvement required
