IT Performance Manager (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Manage and support regular IT performance monitoring and reporting across a global IT organization.
Develop and optimize performance management processes and tools to increase efficiency, automation, and reporting quality.
Define and implement KPIs and performance metrics covering areas such as IT quality, business impact, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with global IT functions and stakeholders to define KPIs, targets, data requirements, and relevant data sources.
Consolidate, analyze, and validate performance data from multiple sources.
Track KPI performance against defined targets and conduct performance gap analyses.
Facilitate the definition and follow-up of corrective actions based on identified performance gaps.
Enhance management reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder communication to improve transparency and support data-driven decision-making.
Monitor and report progress against annual IT targets and strategic objectives.
Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate regular IT governance and performance meetings at management level.
Qualification:
At least three years of professional experience within a larger corporate IT organization.
Experience working within multinational and multi-regional IT environments is highly desirable.
Strong experience in IT organizational performance management and/or IT Operations Management.
Proven experience developing IT scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and performance targets for IT functions.
Experience with recurring performance reporting and continuous improvement of performance management processes.
Strong analytical skills and experience consolidating, evaluating, and presenting complex performance data.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges independently.
Excellent English language skills; German language skills are considered an advantage.
