M365 Solution Architect (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Design, configure, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions within an international enterprise environment
Deliver technical improvement initiatives, remediation activities, and small to mid-sized infrastructure projects.
Translate business and operational requirements into scalable Microsoft 365 solution
Develop technical architectures, implementation concepts, low-level designs, and supporting documentation.
Support and coordinate service delivery with external IT service providers and internal operations teams
Analyze recurring technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable improvements
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards across the Microsoft 365 landscape
Create technical documentation, implementation guides, knowledge base articles, and handover materials.
Provide technical consulting to project managers, service owners, and IT operations team
Support change, release, and incident management activities related to Microsoft 365 services
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities throughout project execution
Qualification:
Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, architecture, and technical implementation
Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and related Microsoft cloud technologies
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security, identity and access management, endpoint management, collaboration services, and governance
Experience collaborating with managed service providers (MSPs) and international IT organization
Ability to work independently in complex enterprise environments while delivering high-quality technical documentation
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skill
Fluent English skills are mandatory; experience in an international or Japanese business environment is considered an advantage

Location: Primarily remote with occasional on-site presence in Northern Germany
