Project Buyer CAPEX
The Capex Buyer supports operational procurement activities for Capex projects, ensuring timely purchasing, supplier coordination, and compliance with internal processes. The role works closely with Project Buyers and cross‑functional teams to execute purchase orders, support RFQs, and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
Tasks:
Operational Buying — Execute end‑to‑end purchasing activities in SAP, from requisition to PO close‑out.
Order Management — Track confirmations, deliveries, and invoice alignment.
RFQ Support — Collect data, prepare bid comparisons, and support supplier communication.
Project Coordination — Act as procurement contact for assigned work packages and support schedule/cost tracking.
Supplier Interaction — Follow up on order execution and documentation.
Compliance — Ensure adherence to procurement policies, GMP, EHS, and maintain auditable records.
Qualification:
Education — Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar.
Experience — Initial experience in procurement or supply chain; exposure to Capex/technical environments is a plus.
Skills — Structured, detail‑oriented, strong learning mindset, basic commercial understanding, comfortable in project environments.
Systems — SAP experience preferred.
Languages — Fluent English; German strongly preferred for local stakeholder interaction.
