Consultant PLC Development (m/f/d)
Tasks:
Development of PLC code to integrate sensors and actuators (e.g. valves, pumps) into the Biobrain automation platform
Implementation of controllers and drivers, as well as adaptation and extension of existing functionalities
Execution of unit tests for all implemented functions
Analysis, evaluation, and tracking of defects and requirements
Code review and optimization in accordance with regulatory requirements
Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations such as ISA-95, ISA-88, and GAMP5
Documentation of all development steps, tests, and changes in line with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Experience in Siemens PLC programming using Structured Control Language (SCL) with TIA Portal
Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus TCP, OPC UA, IO-Link, and CAN Open
Familiarity with standards such as ISA-95, ISA-88 (e.g. implementation of sequence control for equipment phases, development of control modules), and GAMP5
Experience with Git and Azure DevOps
