Procurement Manager Marketing & Selling EU (M/W/D)
Temporary procurement role supporting the European Marketing & Selling categories. The position strengthens the team during a major vendor review program and increased workload, helping with sourcing, supplier management, and procurement strategy execution across Europe.
Tasks:
Support category strategy execution for marketing & sales procurement in Europe.
Manage sourcing processes (RFI/RFQ) and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
Build and manage supplier relationships and contribute to the 360° vendor review program.
Analyze spend, pricing, and supplier performance data to support procurement decisions.
Collaborate with Legal (contracts), Finance (performance tracking), and internal stakeholders across Europe.
Ensure procurement involvement in projects based on spend thresholds and business needs.
Support sustainability integration in sourcing and supplier selection.
Maintain operational excellence in procurement tools, dashboards, and compliance.
Qualification:
Min: 2-3y Experience in indirect procurement, preferably marketing & sales categories.
Experience in an international or multinational company (mandatory).
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to build supplier relationships and analyze procurement data.
Strong English communication and presentation skills (must confidently present and discuss strategy).
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑changing, non‑hierarchical environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with pharmaceuticals industry, marketing or communication agencies.
Familiarity with sustainability in procurement.
Knowledge of European supplier markets.

Location: Anderlecht, BE (remote 40-60%)
