HR Business Partner Consulting Services (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Consult and counsel managers on all employee related and labor law related topics
Consult on identification of personal development needs across the client organization
Provide consultancy on efficient onboarding of new employees
Consult on organizational development and good organizational structure
Consult the client group throughout the performance process (bonus, merit, evaluation)
Consult Work Council interactions
Develop project plans and regular updates as needed and agreed
Qualification:
8 years of experience as HR Business Partner (internal or as consultant) in an international environment
Fluency in German and English
Credible business person who is perceived as trusted advisor and expert
Project knowledge in German labor law, and project experience with work council
Project experience to work efficiently in a matrix environment
Experience in Pharma industry is an advantage
