Women power in management – K-Recruiting appoints Sabine Rodach as Head of Strategic Business Development
As of February 2021, Sabine Rodach, a successful consultant specialising in recruitment companies, will support the management of the Munich-based recruitment agency K-Recruiting as Head of Strategic Business Development. She thereby expands the existing management team consisting of company founder Oliver Kremer, Tobias Renwanz and Sebastian Heck.

In her new role, Sabine Rodach will drive strategically important developments and open up new business areas in a targeted manner. As a recruitment agency, K-Recruiting specialises in the placement of freelancers with companies in the life sciences industry.

Rodach herself can draw on many years of experience in this very field: before working as an independent management consultant, the business administration graduate had already built up a personnel service provider for the pharmaceutical and medical technology industry as co-founder and managing director. The step back to the corporate side is not coincidental:

“I got to know and appreciate K-Recruiting through a joint project last year. A motivated team, good management and shared values form the environment in which I feel comfortable. K-Recruiting is a growing company with many exciting development opportunities and offers space to contribute my expert knowledge in contracting and life sciences,” says Rodach.

Oliver Kremer, founder of K-Recruiting, adds: “I got to know Sabine as an absolute power woman. In our collaboration, it was above all her expertise and energy that convinced me that she is exactly the right addition for the strategic further development of K-Recruiting.”

As the first woman on the management team and an active member of Nushu, a career network for women, Sabine Rodach wants to promote new perspectives and bring more femininity into leadership. She explains: “I want to create new development opportunities for employees. I also take female empowerment very seriously! My goal is to consciously promote female leaders as well.”
