MS Dynamics Consultant

• Over 20 years of experience with Microsoft technologies and working with Dynamics AX since 2003, with a strong focus on AX 2012 R3 and 365. Held roles as a functional consultant and lead, analyst, and familiar with the development

• Specialized in sales, purchasing, planning, production, finance and quality processes. Hands-on experience in pharma, manufacturing and automotive, with familiarity in regulatory requirements

• Led AX adoption and optimization as head of an international division. Experienced in managing full project cycles, system rollouts, and intercompany integrations

• Reads and understands AX code, ensuring quality and effective collaboration with developers. Committed to system governance and continuous improvement

Project Coordination & Implementation

• Coordinate implementation and upgrade projects (ERP, BI, CRM, Document Archiving)

• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation (requirements, specs, validation, UAT)

• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and ensure regulatory compliance

• Oversee system changes and ensure all modifications follow validated change control processes (GxP compliance)

System & Application Management

• Serve as system owner/admin for ERP and key applications (e.g., QlikSense, DocuWare, HubSpot)

Dynamics AX 2012 R3 activities:

• Identification and implementation of improvements aimed at improving performance and consistency business procedures

• Management of the end-to-end software development process for any new application or change

• Activities and responsibilities: managing vendors, performing regular network and data security audits

• Lead SCM-related modules implementation (sales, procurement, inventory, production, logistics)

• Analyze business processes and translate them into functional AX 2012 R3 configurations

• Drive end-to-end ERP projects focused on supply chain optimization

• Customize and configure AX SCM modules, coordinate with technical teams for development

• Manage master data (items, BOMs, routes, vendors, etc.) and ensure data quality

• Train key users, prepare documentation, and provide post-go-live support

• Collaborate with departments to ensure SCM processes align with ERP capabilities
