Freelancer (m/w/d) – Elektrokonstruktion mit EPLAN P8 / Anlagenbau
Für ein Projekt bei einem etablierten Industrieunternehmen suchen wir freiberufliche Unterstützung im Bereich Elektrokonstruktion, mit Schwerpunkt auf Schaltschrankplanung im Anlagenbau.
Projektstart: zeitnah / nach Absprache
Einsatzort: überwiegend remote, punktuell vor Ort im Großraum München
Projektdauer: 6 Monate+
Auslastung: flexibel (idealerweise 3–5 Tage/Woche)

Projektaufgaben:
Planung und Konstruktion von elektrotechnischen Schaltungen und Schaltschränken im Rahmen komplexer technischer Anlagen
Erstellung und Pflege von Stromlaufplänen mit EPLAN Electric P8
Auswahl, Auslegung und Dokumentation elektrischer Komponenten, einschließlich sicherheitsrelevanter Steuerungen
Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen unter Berücksichtigung geltender Normen (u. a. EMV, Maschinenrichtlinie)
Technische Abstimmungen mit angrenzenden Abteilungen (z. B. Mechanik, Service, Projektmanagement)
Anforderungen:
Abgeschlossenes Studium, Technikerausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Elektrotechnik / Automatisierungstechnik
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Anlagenbau sowie in der Schaltschrankplanung
Fundierte Anwendungspraxis mit EPLAN P8
Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Normen und Vorschriften (z. B. EN/IEC)
Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Nice to have:
Kenntnisse im Bereich funktionale Sicherheit (SIL, PL)
Projekterfahrung in regulierten Branchen (z. B. Life Science, Labortechnik, Prozessindustrie)
Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Projektabstimmungen

We are seeking freelance support for a project at an established industrial company in the field of electrical design, with a focus on control cabinet planning within plant engineering.
Project Start: ASAP / by arrangement
Location: Mostly remote, occasional on-site presence in the Greater Munich area
Duration: 6 months+
Workload: Flexible (ideally 3–5 days/week)
Industry: Industrial plants / technical systems
Project Tasks:
Design and development of electrical circuits and control cabinets for complex technical systems
Creation and maintenance of electrical schematics using EPLAN Electric P8
Selection, dimensioning, and documentation of electrical components, including safety-relevant control systems
Implementation of customer-specific requirements in compliance with applicable standards (e.g. EMC, Machinery Directive)
Technical coordination with adjacent departments (e.g. mechanical engineering, service, project management)
Requirements:
Completed degree, technical training, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering / Automation Technology
Several years of experience in plant engineering and control cabinet design
Strong hands-on experience with EPLAN P8
Solid knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. EN/IEC)
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Fluent German skills (written and spoken)
Nice to Have:
Knowledge in functional safety (SIL, PL)
Project experience in regulated industries (e.g. life sciences, laboratory technology, process industry)
Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site project coordination
