Method Developer Service Medical Device (M/F/D)
Tasks:
Designs complex fixture sets in SolidWorks® to support the development, improvement, and enhancement of laboratory test methods.
Develops SolidWorks® animations and virtual assemblies to model active fixture systems with multiple interacting components, allowing full simulation of complex fixture cycling for team evaluation prior to manufacture in workshop.
Designs manufactures and tests surrogate devices to facilitate validation of test methods.
Performs statistical data analysis using Minitab® to assess readiness for test method validation and support method-development activities.
Liaises with Supplier (ZwickRoell GmbH) to investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions during troubleshooting activities
Develops and applies complex mathematical and statistical approaches for investigation of signal-processing parameters and improve measurement system performance
Creates advanced ZIMT scripts to implement functionality and automation beyond the capabilities available through current TestXpert® HMI.
Ongoing use of AI to enhance and accelerate projects requiring coding (i.e. Arduino driven electronic surrogates)
