Working closely with clinical teams, project stakeholders, and system implementation teams, the role will focus on stakeholder engagement, communication, and change readiness. The successful candidate will create clear and engaging communications that showcase system developments, demonstrate business benefits, and build enthusiasm among end users and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver change management and communication plans to support the implementation and adoption of new clinical systems and processes. VEEVA knowledge is important.
Produce regular newsletters, email updates, and other communication materials for system end users and the wider community.
Coordinate short videos, interviews, and system demonstrations featuring project team members and stakeholders to showcase new capabilities and their benefits.
Work closely with clinical teams, subject matter experts, and project stakeholders to translate system developments and process changes into clear, user-focused messages.
Support stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and end-user readiness activities.
Collaborate with training and documentation teams to ensure consistent messaging across communications, SOPs, training materials, and user guidance.
Gather stakeholder feedback, monitor engagement, and continuously improve communication and adoption activities.
Maintain a communications calendar aligned with programme milestones and system implementation timelines.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience in operational change management, business transformation, communications, or stakeholder engagement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing newsletters, emails, and engaging content.
Experience coordinating multimedia content, such as videos, interviews, and demonstrations.
Ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible messages for different audiences.
Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments, clinical operations, or clinical systems implementations is desirable.
Familiarity with GxP-regulated environments and CTMS platforms.
Usage of VEEVA.
Mid-level (5-7 years of experience is okay; if working in field).
